Aww….the last words of 21 are….Refraction and Madness!!
This ones gotta be cool!!
So….the plan today is to take a photo of bubbles!!! I have a shopping list..
washing up liquid
Shopping done…..time to play with bubbles!
So this is what I have been up to for the last few hours…playing with light, bubbles, water, oil, and cd’s…..oh, and lots of macro lens!!
Right…so thats it I think…
I ended up with these….
But….I think this is my very favourite…
Hmmmm…I think I have my image…but its a bit to sad to be just finished…so I’ll probably think about it for another little while!!
Awww…..the box is empty!
All the words have taken over the wall…
Kev says……(a special thank you must go to Kevin without his help and inspiration this whole project would not have been possible)…ha…left my computer open and Kev got his hands on it!!
Tools used: Final image…Cd, Water drops, bubbles, light….oh and a camera with lots of fancy lens!
Afterthoughts: So that’s it…the last of my 21 images! And of course I ended up with the camera today!! It was rather fun though….its mad what cool effects can be created using refraction. Everybody needs to try this at some point in their lives…its cool!
So that’s it….I’m finished 21! Awwwww…..just awww!!!
I’m actually going to miss doing these random images. (Although….Steve Simpson Day tomorrow!! Hopefully I can create something kinda good!) The plan after tomorrow is to sort out the hundreds of photographs I have taken each day and hopefully make a stop motion to show the process. I’ll post it when its complete!
Gonna be really cheesy now..but thank you to everybody who helped me throughout this project.
Firstly my beautiful daughters for being so understanding and so good about Mammy having to work every minute of every day for the last 21 days! Actually I wonder if they remember who I am!!
Gotta say thanks to Dave for allowing me to do this oh so random project…poor fella has to grade this stuff! Actually Dave have I told you how great you are at teaching lately! (That surely deserves an extra ten points!!)
And, a huge thank you to my family and friends for giving me the words to illustrate, the constant inspiration, and helping me believe I could do it…for checking my bad grammar and spellings…for minding my kids, and basically for putting up with me! Its been a crazy few days…but its been so much fun,…what a great way to finish four years of hard work…thanks so much for being part of it! x
